Hello! Not expecting this to be merged into the master branch because I know this project has been inactive for a long time. However, I decided that I wanted to keep this somewhat alive by converting the network3.py to use Theano's successor, Pytensor. I just finished going through the book, and I figured others might find this helpful, so I figured I would share.
